Who we are

Our website address is: We are a small, indie development shop not really interested in details about your personal life. With that said, we do use products that can possibly track information about you depending on how they are configured. We use the following tools for development, security and ads. Please see their privacy statements for how your privacy is handled:

Flutter SDK (Our development platform):

EventsSee Google Calender API

If you use EventsSee, our Event Management Android Application, we have a feature which allows users to export events in EventsSee to their primary Google calendar. The Warebits EventsSee app does not use this information other than to import the events into your primary Google calendar.   

EventsSee Google Contacts

If you use EventsSee, our Event Management Android Application, we have a features which allow EventsSee to access your Google contacts. This is necessary so EventsSee can use your contacts for:

  • Event Contacts
  • Location Contacts
  • Team Member Contacts

As you create events, your Google contacts will be used for the different points of contact in the EventsSee app. Warebits has no interest in your personal contact information other than use in the EventsSee app.

EventsSee Google AdMob

If you use EventsSee, our Event Management Android Application, ads served by Google AdMob will be displayed on the home page as a bottom banner. We have attempted to limit some types of ads (dating for example, etc). Google’s thorough AdMob policy and restrictions are located here: Google AdMob Policies and Restrictions

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

We do not use this information for anything else. Contact messages and response email and names are not stored on this web page.
